Fernando de Noronha Islands are divided into two parts:
"Outside ocean" and "Inside Ocean."
The inside ocean, which is where the islands surrounding
the coast are located, has very calm waters between
April and November and between December and March it
experiences some waves lessening visibility. The outside
ocean always has clearer visibility than the inside
ocean, yet dive success still greatly depends on ocean
conditions and time of year. The best conditions are
normally between November and July.
